Great products, great prices, delivered in a timely manner. Products wrapped with care to ensure they are not damaged in transit.I like the points system, as retailers who give back when you shop with them definitely get my custom again, so I will be ordering again.

Well I am shocked with all the bad reviews I have ordered a few times now from revolution and I have to say the products are fab and customer service is great to deal with one palette came broken and they refunded me straight away everything else was spot on overall very happy with products and awesome customer service.

I don't understand why people blame revolution beauty for shipping problems since deliveries are the responsibility of the shipping company. Also if you contact any customer service without providing enough info about your order, you're gonna end up exchanging multiple emails.That said, I'm a fan of revolution beauty! Every order has been shipped within timelines. There was a manufacturing issue in one of my products, but customer service dealt with it brilliantly and my problem got solved the next day after contacting them.

I recently made my first order from Revolution, not knowing what exactly to expect. The package took a while to arrive, and unfortunately I found a flaw in one of the eyeshadow palettes I had gotten on sale. I wrote an email to their support with some pictures, expecting to have to return the order and get a refund. However, they got back to me within a day, offering me a replacement product of my choice, shipped free of charge, no need to return the faulty item. I just got my replacement eyeshadow palette - and I love it! I really didn't expect this kind of quality for the price, and such effective and friendly customer service. So I just wanted to say - thank you!

Ordered eyeshadow pallets in december they never arrived first they told me they were delayed over brexit then 2 weeks ago told me my package was lost in transit and would i like them to re ship them but the pallets that i wanted originally were out of stock i got a refund in the end. I love revolution makeup but will not be ordering from their website again.

No information about me was added to the package, not even my address. The package is now on the way back to you and I've asked for my money back, but has heard nothing back yet. DO NOT ORDER HERE

Great product, great price. But when you have a problem, customer service is either rude, impersonal or non existent. Spent over £200 with them in just a few weeks. I wish I hadn't. It makes me laugh how they say, you are the Revolution. You are, until you have an issue! Such a competitive industry, and they treat customers appallingly. Ill spend my money elsewhere in future.

Find revolution brillant was let down because of there website not updating but customer service was brillant and the makeup I got was brillant as usual

Awful experience with this company ..delay after delay after delay..with no help to.sort out issues.. really regret ever ordering anything from here!!

Was given several bath bombs for my birthday. Absolutely no smell at all. Turned the bath bright colours but may as well have put food colouring in. They are not the cheapest either. Spent an extra quid on luxury ones or buy cheap ones. I use bath bombs a lot. These were the only ones I’ve ever used that are a complete waste of money.

Absolutely terrible in every way. It took over 3 weeks to receive my product, then it arrived broken. I wrote email after email to ask how to get a refund. It took them forever to write back. When they did, they asked for photos of the broken product. I sent them the photos immediately only never to hear back from them again. I then tried to do a "live chat" with them - they said they couldn't help me right away with a refund because of some data transfer they were going thru with their database. They asked me to check back in 48 hours. Very fishy. I will never buy from them again. Its a full time job just to track them down to get a refund for a broken item! What a scam!

My order took 3 weeks to arrive but I was made aware of this before I placed my order. The products are beautiful I am very happy and will deffo be placing another order.
